Description:
YO-MIX® 883 is a carefully selected blend of thermophilic lactic acid bacteria designed for direct vat inoculation in the manufacture of fermented dairy products. This culture provides very rapid acidification and helps produce a consistently creamy texture and mild flavour, ideal for applications such as yoghurt and other cultured milk products.
