I purchased the 500gm bottle of vegetarian rennet as a first time customer of Cheeselinks. I am impressed by its quality, compared to some bought from another supplier. It arrived in two days, which is surprising since I live in the middle of nowhere. I used it to make mozzarella from raw milk and it produced a larger yield from 3.8 Litres (1 gallon) than the one I had used. The cheese was firmer and better tasting. I'm a regular now.

i purchased some liquid rennet from here, it arrived quickly and the people i spoke to about delivery times were super kind 🙂 the rennet stopped working after i left it out a bit too long, but can’t fault them as it did say on the bottle. if you’re gonna purchase rennet like i did make sure you don’t keep it out of the fridge longer than five minutes or so
