YO-MIX 601 represents a fast and strongly acidifying tradional yoghurt culture. This culture forms lactic acid of the L( ) and D(-), a large amount of polysaccharides as well as a medium to strong yoghurt aroma. YO-MIX 601 gives a very creamy, full-bodied yoghurt with high viscosity.
