YO-MIX 205 LYO 250 DCU provides thick texture and clean yoghurt taste. YO-MIX 205 gives quick acidification to ph 4.80 -4.70 and then a slow acidification to reach lower pH. This characterisitc allows perfect pH control during processing time and shelf life.
