NATAMAX® 50% | Natural Antimycotic for Shredded and Block Cheese Applications

NATAMAX® 50% is a natural antimycotic based on natamycin produced through the fermentation of Streptomyces natalensis and blended with lactose. Developed to protect shredded and block cheeses from yeast and mould spoilage, it extends shelf life while maintaining flavour, texture, colour, and starter culture performance. NATAMAX® 50% helps reduce the risk of fungal mycotoxins while supporting clean-label preservation requirements. Supplied in 100 g polyethylene bottles with tamper-proof seals.
