CHOOZIT® PC ABL 10 D | Bloomy Rind Culture for Soft-Ripened Cheeses

CHOOZIT® PC ABL 10 D is a freeze-dried Penicillium candidum culture for producing white bloomy rinds on soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, and Coulommiers. It ensures fast, even surface growth and controlled ripening for a uniform rind with a mild, refined flavour. Can be applied directly to milk or as a rehydrated surface spray.
