This versatile vegan friendly starter culture is a dairy free,  freeze dried blend of defined strains of lactic acid bacteria designed for direct vat inoculation of Dairy-Free cheese and yoghurt products

Danisco VEGE061 Contains: Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus acidophilus (NCFM®), Bifidobacterium lactis (HN019™)
