Cheeselinks B Starter is a versatile starter culture that can be used to make a large variety of Cheese and dairy products including: Edam, Gouda, Havarti, Blue Cheese, Quarg, Normandy Style Camembert, Cream Cheese, Gourmet Fetta, Sour Cream, Cultured Butter and much more!

Mesophilic freeze dried culture
