SWING PR-1 10U is a selected single-strain ripening culture with origins in traditional cheesemaking. SWING P.R. cultures are an essential ingredient in the ripening process of blue mould cheeses. Upon germination, the PR-1 culture develops a blueish-green mycelium in the cheese and contributes to the typical flavour (with medium effect on lipolysis) and texture (very low effect on proteolysis) of the cheese.

Therefore, it is available box quantities of 10 sachets only, with lead times subject to supplier availability.
