Description:
SWING PC TT-033 consists of selected mold strains derived from traditional cheesemaking, essential for the ripening of white mold cheeses. It contributes to the characteristic surface coloring, enhances flavor and texture, and provides protection against contaminants during maturation.

Usage:
Recommended for use in soft cheeses with lactic or rennet features, including Camembert, Brie, Tomme, UF soft cheeses, stabilized soft cheeses, and other dairy-based milk cheeses.

Suggested Dosage:
4U per 1000 L of milk or 100 kg of fresh curd.
