CHOOZIT® MA 16 LYO is a freeze-dried, concentrated lactic starter culture formulated for the production of semi-hard cheeses such as Emmental, Raclette, and Tomme, as well as soft and fresh cheeses. It provides reliable acidification and contributes to the development of smooth texture and balanced flavour in a variety of cheese types.
