Description:
Natamax® SF is a natural, broad-spectrum antimicrobial specifically designed to inhibit the growth of yeasts and moulds in a variety of food products. It is based on natamycin (E235), a natural antifungal compound produced through the fermentation of Streptomyces natalensis.

Highly effective at low concentrations, Natamax® SF helps extend shelf life without affecting the taste, texture, or appearance of the final product.

Applications:
Ideal for use in cheese, processed meats, baked goods, and other foods prone to fungal spoilage.

Composition:

• Natamycin (E235) – minimum 95% on a dry weight basis
