I purchased a "cheese basket with base," which I understood to include a follower. I checked similar items on their website, and those without the term "with base" appeared to be the same design—just without the follower—so I felt confident in my interpretation.
However, when the basket arrived, it did not include a follower. I contacted the supplier for clarification and was told that “with base” simply meant the basket wasn't a hollow tube. I pointed out that other similar baskets on the site, which appeared identical in the photos, were labelled differently. The response was that the description on my item might need updating.
When I asked if I could get a follower separately, I was told my only options were to either buy a completely different basket that includes one or return my current item for a refund—at my own cost. Throughout the process, I had to prompt for help and felt the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive.
I don’t believe I should have to pay return shipping for a misleading product description, but I was told that was my only choice.

Great selection, prices and great service! One item was not included in my order despite appearing it had during the dispatch process. Cheeselinks were apologetic, did not argue and dispatched a replacement shortly after! Highly recommend.
