CHOOZIT® MA 19 LYO is a freeze-dried, concentrated lactic acid starter culture designed for the production of semi-hard cheeses such as Emmental, Raclette, and Tomme, as well as a variety of soft and fresh cheeses. It delivers consistent acidification, supporting optimal texture and flavour development throughout the cheesemaking process.
