• For batch hydrolysis: 0.05–0.2% w/v (target hydrolysis within 6–24 hours)
• For in-line dosing: 0.02–0.05% w/v (target hydrolysis within 36–48 hours)
Composition:
• Glycerine: 45–55% (w/w)
• Water: 35–45% (w/w)
• Lactase: 5–10% (w/w)
• Magnesium chloride: 4.5–5.5% (w/w)
