Ġbejniet Maltese Cheese is a versatile fresh curd cheese that originated from Malta but is enjoyed worldwide.
it and can be prepared and consumed in many ways including: fresh, dried, peppered, marinated  and even added to soups.

Traditionally made with Sheep Milk, however over time, it is now commonly made with Cow Milk.
