CHOOZIT® MA 14 LYO is a freeze-dried, concentrated lactic acid bacteria culture designed for use in the production of semi-hard cheeses such as Emmental, Raclette, and Tomme, as well as soft and fresh cheeses. It supports consistent acidification, texture development, and flavor formation throughout the cheesemaking process.
