Chymostar® 700imcu is a single enzyme milk coagulant, used to achieve optimal curd formation, high cheese yield, and correct flavour and texture development for the cheese.
It is available as a liquid form and can be used for producing any type of cheese.

Minimum activity 700 IMCU/ml
Maximum suggested dosage: 1ml per 12 litres of milk
