Chèvre

Chèvre Cheese

Chèvre is the French term for goat’s cheese, traditionally made by farmers in the regions south of the Loire River. While typically soft, there are also semi-soft and firm versions of Chèvre.

The taste of Chèvre varies based on its moisture content, age, and density, but it is generally tangy. Most Chèvre cheeses are aged for no longer than four months.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cheese maker, making Chèvre is an enjoyable process and a great way to impress!
