Contains: Geotrichum Candidum
Used to make: A special blend that is ideal for washed rind cheese and also makes sensational Camembert and Brie when used in conjunction with penicillium candidum.
Enough to add to 250 litres of milk.
All cultures are Direct Vat Set (DVS) and need to be stored in the freezer. Culture will be active for at least 12 months if kept in the freezer at or below -18 degrees Celcius.
