I checked similar items on their website, and those without the term \"with base\" appeared to be the same design\u2014just without the follower\u2014so I felt confident in my interpretation.<br \/>\nHowever, when the basket arrived, it did not include a follower. I contacted the supplier for clarification and was told that \u201cwith base\u201d simply meant the basket wasn't a hollow tube. I pointed out that other similar baskets on the site, which appeared identical in the photos, were labelled differently. The response was that the description on my item might need updating.<br \/>\nWhen I asked if I could get a follower separately, I was told my only options were to either buy a completely different basket that includes one or return my current item for a refund\u2014at my own cost. Throughout the process, I had to prompt for help and felt the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive.<br \/>\nI don\u2019t believe I should have to pay return shipping for a misleading product
