Please choose carefully as due to the delicate nature of our ingredients we are unable to offer returns for change of mind purchases.
My item is faulty or not as described what can I do?
Here at Cheeselinks all our products are selected for consistency.
You may seek a refund or exchange for goods purchased if the product is faulty through no fault of your own or if it does not match our product description.
In the event that goods are faulty or not as described they must be returned within 7 days of receival and be accompanied with proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate the nature of the issue.
A credit for further products or full refund including shipping costs will be offered in line with Australian Consumer law if they are deemed to be faulty.
There has been a delay in my delivery, do I need to be concerned about my products?
We appreciate this concern, and it is something we are often asked. We ship worldwide so have great experience in ensuring all products make it to their destination safe and ready to use!
For peace of mind all freeze-dried starters are microbiologically stable and can withstand travelling at ambient temperatures for extended periods of time. All perishables are shipped via express services and packed on ice for chilled transport.
