Special Events: Christmas Workshops
Struggling for ideas for this year's Christmas presents? What about making your own cheese or yoghurt for your friends and family as an extra special gift? Or better yet, give the gift of learning – a workshop voucher where the recipient can learn to make their own cheese and yoghurt to take home with them.
After the spectacular success of last year’s Christmas workshop, in 2009 we are again opening up bookings for a Gourmet Fetta workshop. The workshop is timed perfectly so you have time to make cheese and yoghurt for all your friends, ready to eat on Christmas day! Participants will make traditional fetta cheese, gourmet fetta, and Greek-style yoghurt to take home with them, and ricotta will be made as a demonstration. A light lunch will be served, as well as a selection of cheeses to taste.
