How do I order?
There are a number of options for ordering our products. Please note that we send goods on receipt of payment only. Orders cannot be sent COD. See our payment policy and delivery policy for more details.
You can now order all of our home cheesemaking products online at our secure online store. It will calculate your postage for you and with a convenient one page checkout it is now even easier to buy all of your cheesemaking needs:
By phone:
You can call us on 03 5283 1396 (+613 5283 1396 from overseas) during our business hours (9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-4pm Friday). You will need to have your credit card details handy.
By fax:
You can download the order form below and fax it through to us on 03 5283 1096 (+613 5283 1096 from overseas) with your credit card information.
By mail:
You can call us on 03 5283 1396 (+613 5283 1396 from overseas) to ask for a supplies list and an order form to be sent to you, or download the form below, print it out, and then post us the completed order form together with your payment. This is the most convenient option if you wish to pay by cheque or money order. Make sure you confirm the amount required for postage before you send your order.
In person:
While the primary focus of our business is mail order, we welcome people to come and visit us to browse our products in person, during our business hours:
9am-5pm Monday-Thursday
9am-4pm Friday
CLOSED Saturday and Sunday
Payment for orders must be made using one of these three options:
Option 1. Payment by credit card. We accept VISA or MasterCard.
Option 2. Payment by cheque/money order in advance.
Option 3. Payment by direct deposit. We accept direct deposits into our bank account. Please contact us directly for our bank account details.
